The Stock Preparation System is the treatment which occurs prior to the Paper Making Process. This is vital factor to the paper quality. In today, customers expect a higher than higher quality product, also increasing environmental awareness advance the usage of waste paper and recycled paper. This has made the Stock Preparation process more complicated. Due to the different need of paper quality and wider array of raw material, Stock Preparation System was divided into three field; Pulp Treatment System, Waste Paper Treatment System and Deinking System. The processing is mainly separated into four sections which include Pulping, Screening, Washing & Thickening, and Refining.
